About the Internship

The Strength & Conditioning Internship at Performance Barn Training is designed to identify, develop, and evaluate emerging coaching talent. Interns work directly with our staff coaches and facility leadership, gaining hands-on experience in strength training instruction, athlete management, session design, and facility operations.

This role is a paid, part-time internship that also serves as a recruiting pipeline—top-performing interns will be considered for long-term coaching positions. In addition, outstanding interns may earn full sponsorship for nationally recognized certifications (e.g., CSCS, USAW, CPT) at the completion of the program.
