Meet the brilliant people behind The Performance Barn
Griff Mahon serves as the Director of Performance for The Performance Barn Training, LLC. For over six years, he has been a cornerstone of The Performance Barn community, training athletes to become stronger, faster, and better conditioned. His hands-on coaching style and dedication to each athlete’s development have earned him a loyal base of returning clients.
Griff combines experience, skill, and personality in a way that embodies the Barn’s mission — Dream, Train, Perform. In his role, he leads training operations, develops new programs, and ensures every athlete receives a high-level, personalized experience.
Every structure needs something solid to stand on. At The Performance Barn, that foundation is built from discipline, data, and direction. Our programs are designed with purpose — no random workouts, no guesswork — just measurable progress that athletes can see and feel.
Like the frame of a barn, our system gives every athlete structure and support. Each program phase connects to the next, creating a clear path toward improvement. This framework is what turns raw effort into real, lasting development.
Strong beams hold everything together — just like accountability holds our athletes to a higher standard. With progress tracked and results visible, athletes learn to take ownership of their performance and parents gain confidence in the process.
Every great build starts with a vision. Our blueprint looks beyond the season ahead — we’re shaping athletes who are prepared for the next level and the years to come. What we construct here isn’t just strength or speed; it’s a foundation for success that lasts.
We train for more than the game. At The Performance Barn, every rep builds character, resilience, and the drive to perform at your best.
